Bryan Adams' first cross-Canada tour in over 20 years will include a stop at Victoria's Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre on June 15. Tickets go on sale Monday at 10 a.m.

Not since the release of the multi-platinum Waking up the Neighbours album and 1992's Waking Up the World tour, has Adams gone coast to coast in his home country. This time round he's booked for 20 shows, opening in St. John's Nfld. on April 11.

Adams has been performing his critically acclaimed "Bare Bones" acoustic show in recent years. This tour marks a grand return to his full band, arena rock show, alongside his longtime band, including guitarist Keith Scott, drummer Mickey Curry, Keyboardist Gary Breit and bassist Norm Fisher.

As he did 20 years ago, Adams kicked off the tour to sold out crowds in the United Kingdom

Adams has spent the last three decades making music history. He has toured six continents and achieved No. 1 status in over 40 countries around the world. His hits include "Cuts Like A Knife", "Summer of 69", "Kids Wanna Rock", "Can't Stop This Thing We've Started", "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You", "Open Road" and "Thought I'd Seen Everything"

Adams has received the Order of Canada and the Order of British Columbia, was recognized as "Artist of the Decade", has been inducted into the Juno Hall of Fame and is a recent recipient of the Allan Waters Humanitarian Award. He has a star on Canada's Walkway of Fame and his handprint has been added to Wembley's Square of Fame in celebration of his 25th show at the famed stadium. He is the proud recipient of the Governor General's Performing Arts Award for Lifetime Achievement and in 2011 Adams received a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Adams recently collaborated with UK's Loverush to produce the #1 dance track in the UK "Tonight in Babylon". The EP will be released in Canada, the U.S. and the UK in March, preceded by a February release in Europe.

Tickets are available at livenation.com, the venue box office, Charge by Phone at 250.220.7777, and Rogers Wireless Box Office
