The Victoria Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Shyanne McGregor.

Police said McGregor had been in “sporadic” contact with family members, but now has not been heard from since Feb. 15. She was last seen Feb. 7 and said to be headed for Tsawwassen, although police believe she is still on the Island.

McGregor is considered to be an at-risk youth by the department, and its Mobile Youth Service Team is concerned for her well-being.

She is believed to be traveling with an older couple, 31-year-old Nadia Kelter and 29-year-old Adrien Roberge, who is under court order not to have any contact with her.

McGregor is described as an aboriginal youth about five-foot six and 110 pounds. She has green eyes, long blonde hair, some facial piercings and glasses with a black frame, and often carries a Lululemon backpack.

Anyone with information is asked to call Victoria police at 250-995-7654 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
