Delta Police on the Lower Mainland arrested a 34-year-old man in connection to a bank robbery in downtown Victoria on Saturday afternoon.
A man walked into the TD Bank on Douglas Street around 2:15 p.m. and demanded money. Victoria Police do not believe he used a weapon, but the man made off with a small, undisclosed amount of money.
The man is believed to have caught a ferry to the Mainland, but was arrested by Delta Police later that same day, according to Victoria Police.
The man faces charges of robbery, but so far no charge has been sworn against him.
