Two bails set in PIN-pad fraud case

Two Vancouver men arrested in connection with a PIN-pad fraud investigation can be released from custody if they can come up with bail.
Nicholas Lakomy and Rodney Boucher, both 32, appeared in Victoria provincial court Wednesday.
The charges against the two include unauthorized use of credit card data, identity theft, possession and use of a stolen credit card, fraud, fraudulent concealment, and possession of instruments to forge credit cards.
To be released, Lakomy is required to put up a surety of $5,000. Boucher is required to put up a surety of $1,000.
