Cyclist hit in Esquimalt suffers minor injuries

A 22-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital with minor injuries after colliding with a car on Admirals Road.
The cyclist was heading south on Admirals Road near Colville Road when he t-boned a car turning right onto Admirals from a parking lot, said Victoria police spokesman Const. Mike Russell.
B.C. Ambulance paramedics and Esquimalt firefighters attended and the cyclist was taken to hospital with soft-tissue injuries to his leg.
No tickets have yet been issued to the cyclist or the 42-year-old driver.
