Police seize drugs and pit bull during early morning search

A woman and two men are in custody after search warrants were executed in Esquimalt early this morning.
A pit bull was also seized.
The region’s Emergency Response Team, Strike Force and K9 units were involved in the search of two suites in the 600 block of Constance Avenue, parallel to Admirals Road in Esquimalt.
The two search warrants were unrelated, according to spokesman Victoria Police Const. Mike Russell.
The residents of both suites had drugs and property including a big screen TV, bikes and various electronics that were removed by police.
Victoria police officers remain on the scene and will be cataloguing evidence over the next few days, according to police.
