Two more people, connected to an assault in Langford in April, have been arrested as part of a three-month long undercover drug investigation.
Michael Hamer, 32, was arrested in connection with an assault inside the men's bathroom of Svelte Cocktail Lounge, Victoria police spokesman Const. Mike Russell said.
Police allege Hamer was ushered through the lounge and hidden from Mounties by a 41-year-old male employee of the lounge.
Russell said Hamer's arrest came as a result of intelligence gathered during an investigation dubbed Project Sting Ray, which resulted in four arrests and $70,000 worth of drugs seized. Hamer is charged with assault causing bodily harm.
The 41-year-old, who was not named, faces charges of being an accessory to an assault.
