Speeding motorcycle trial adjourned until November
Oct 24 2012
A man charged in connection with a high-speed motorcycle ride down the Trans-Canada Highway will appear in Victoria provincial court next month.
Randy George Scott, 25, was charged in July with dangerous driving.
On Tuesday, his defence lawyer, Michael Mulligan, told the court there has been a delay in police providing disclosure.
Mulligan asked for an adjournment until Nov. 20 to set a date for trial.
A YouTube video, posted in April, shows a motorcycle racing at speeds of up to 299 km/h.
